Ledgent is working with a valued client to identify an experienced Warranty Administrator to support their team . This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate processing of warranty claims and maintaining clear, well-organized documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and submit warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with warranty policies.
- Monitor recalls, updates, and manufacturer announcements.
- Partner closely with service and parts teams to ensure timely and complete information.
- Provide professional customer support as needed related to warranty inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warranty administration Preferred (automotive or related industry preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Reliable, proactive, and dedicated to high-quality service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
